Administrative Team
Our administrative team provide vital support services to the overall
Practice team, and are experienced staff with many years of service. In
addition to general administrative duties, the team provide specialist
IT and Information support, monitor the Practice’s progress towards
Government - set quality indicators, oversee the operation of our call and
recall systems to ensure patients receive timely health checks, and
provide high quality medical secretarial services.

Teresa Webb Deputy Practice Manger
Teresa joined the NHS in 1988, working in Oncology Research at
the West Midland Children’s Tumour Registry based at Birmingham
Children’s Hospital. In 2004, Teresa was appointed Medical
Staffing Coordinator at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation
Trust where she undertook the challenging role of organising
doctors! In 2009, Teresa moved to NHS Worcestershire Primary
Care Trust to take up a commissioning role of Primary Care
services, which also enabled her to move back to her beloved
Worcestershire.
She joined Abbey Medical practice as Deputy Practice Manager
in January 2011 and is an avid follower of Worcestershire County
Cricket Club in her spare time. |
