Make a Suggestion or Lodge a Complaint Suggestions We are keen to listen to any suggestions or comments you may have about any aspect of the services we provide. Suggestions can be made verbally to any GP or member of staff, or by writing to our Business Manager, Mr Allen. Complaints The Practice operates a complaints procedure which follows NHS guidelines, and it is our aim to deal with complaints quickly and effectively. Should you feel it necessary to make a complaint, please contact Mr Allen, Business Manager, in the first instance. You can make your complaint in writing, by telephone or by asking to meet with Mr Allen. We will always acknowledge your complaint promptly, carry out a thorough investigation and provide you with a formal written explanation as quickly as possible. We will also ensure you receive a formal apology, where appropriate, and take steps to ensure that the same problem does not occur again in the future. Please note that, if you are complaining on behalf of someone else, we will need their written permission to discuss the matter with you and to release relevant information to you. |
