Our Practice Nursing team work closely with our GPs to provide a
comprehensive service to our patients. They are deeply involved in the
provision of chronic disease management clinics and are able to offer
help and advice on a wide range of other health topics including:
• Minor ailments
• Travel immunisations
• Children’s immunisations
• Healthy living
• Weight management
• Contraception and sexual health
• Wound care
Our trained, experienced Healthcare Assistants
are available to take blood tests and perform ECG tracings, assist in
coronary heart disease screening and assessment, and carry out initial
health checks for newly registered patients. |
