We are keen to offer maximum
convenience to our patients, including the facility to book appointments
and request prescriptions online.

appointment booking service before you can use it.

To Register
To register to use the appointment booking service you will be required to complete an Emis Access Application form, which is available at the surgery, and provide at least one form of identification to a member of our reception team - this is to ensure that we comply with data protection regulations. You will then be given details of how to log on to the website and instructions to guide you through the registering process.
After registering with Emis Access, you will be able to log on with your pin number and password and view appointments which are available to pre-book.
