Patient Participation Group
 We are pleased to have a very active Patient Participation Group, which meets regularly with representatives from the Practice to discuss topical issues, express their views on planned service developments and to raise any issues which are of concern and/or will help to improve the standard of care offered by the Practice. The Group also publishes a regular newsletter for patients, copies of which are available in the Practice’s waiting room.
The Group also receives the results of our annual patient surveys and is actively involved in agreeing and monitoring improvement measures.
New members are always welcome – if you would like to join the Group, please contact Mr Allen, Business Manager, for more information.
