Worcestershire CCGs no longer support the prescribing of certain medications including over the counter medicines (for example paracetamol and ibuprofen), gluten-free products, baby milk and specialist infant formula and oral nutritional supplements.

Repeat Prescriptions
Orders can be placed in the following ways:
- Online with Patient Access via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration prior to using this service.
- Taking your computer printed repeat prescriptions request slip to the Dispensary
- Posting your repeat prescription request slip to us
- Patients who have their medication delivered to them by the practice can also hand their repeat prescription requests to our delivery driver.
- Order via a Local Pharmacy.
Turnaround Times
Please allow 48 hours for any prescriptions we dispense from the practice, any prescriptions to be collected from a pharmacy, please could you contact them directly regarding turnaround times.
If you feel you have an request please ring on the dispensary line on 01386 761100 between 10am -12pm and 3pm 4pm Monday to Friday although requesting online is a 24-hour service please note that online requests will be processed daily up to 4pm after which time they will be processes the next day. Each request is processed manually so can only be actioned during working hours therefore does not include weekends or bank holidays. Please bear this in mind when making online requests
How to obtain medication Urgently when we are closed
Please visit your nearest out of hours pharmacy with evidence of your current medication. There may be a charge for this service.
Qualifying for Dispensing Services
Under current regulations, patients who live in an approved rural area and whose home is more than 1 mile from the nearest pharmacy can ask for their medication to be dispensed by the practice. Many of the villages surrounding Evesham are areas to which we can dispense. If you live in such an area and would like to have your medication dispensed by the practice, please ask the dispensary team.
Dispensing Delivery Service
We are pleased to offer a free home delivery service to those patients who have difficulties collecting their medication and have it dispensed by the practice. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please call into the surgery or telephone our dispensary team on 01386 761100. Non-dispensing patients can contact there issuing pharmacy to arrange delivery if required.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, pharmacist or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
